Customer service and chalet opening hours vary by season.

DURING THE SKI SEASON

Our chalet is open daily from 7:30 AM. The schedule of our different services remains the same even during the holidays or spring break. If we are forced to close the station for reasons beyond our control, an alert will be posted on our website.

OFF-SEASON

CUSTOMER SERVICE

From May 1st to June 22nd, customer service is open from 9 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Friday and closed on weekends. Starting June 22nd, customer service is open daily from 9 AM to 4 PM.

Open daily

  • From 7 AM to 6 PM: Access by the Giroux North entrance
  • From 9 AM to 4 PM: Access by the Orford entrance

All secondary chalets are closed for the summer.
