Take advantage of our season pass pre-sale with peace of mind.

Since the pandemic related to COVID-19 is not resolved and it still brings a certain amount of uncertainty, Mont-Orford wants each of its customers to have peace of mind at the dawn of our season pass presale for the 2021-2022 season. We wish to reassure our customers with the return of the guaranteed season program, exclusive to customers who will purchase a season pass for the 2021-2022 season.

Guaranteed Season

Due to the uncertainties associated with COVID-19, any 2021-2022 season pass holder will be able to:

  • Postpone their 2021-2022 subscription to the 2022-23 season at no additional cost.

Other measures related to COVID-19:

  • If the 2021-2022 season were to be canceled due to COVID-19, the 2021-2022 season pass holders will be fully refunded.
  • If the season should be shortened due to a new closure related with an extraordinary event such as a pandemic, a compensation or a resort credit will be assessed based on the opening date of the resort and the period of use of the facilities. This compensation is currently not evaluated; the Corporation wishes to await the government's recommendations and join its measures to those of the ASSQ.

Modalités

Validity

  • You must have purchased a 2021-2022 season pass.
  • The request to postpone your pass must be made by contacting customer service at 819-843-6548 ext. 8308 / info@orford.com before midnight, December 15, 2021. The request must be made by the original purchaser of the pass and/or locker rental, and they must provide their reason for postponing their subscription.
  • The 2021-2022 pass may have been used according to its terms only until December 15, 2021.

Rates

  • This policy applies automatically and retroactively to any season pass purchased before October 31, 2021 as well as locker rentals for the 2021-2022 season.
  • The postponement of your season pass is valid for the same type of season pass purchased for the 2021-2022 season. In the event of an age change that shifts the pass holder into a different category, the price difference will be credited or charged accordingly.
  • No additional charges.

How to get the program

  • Submit your request to customer service at 819-843-6548 ext. 8308 / info@orford.com before midnight, December 15, 2021. The request must be made by the original purchaser of the pass and/or locker rental, and they must provide their reason for postponing their subscription.
  • The deferred season pass cannot be transferred to another person.
  • Valid for all types of season passes.
  • This guaranteed season policy is not part of the season pass insurance that covers injury, death, illness or other physical condition that prevents you from skiing for the season, and must be purchased separately. The season pass insurance must be bought seperatly.
  • The guaranteed season policy also applies to full season locker rentals.
