This year, in order to limit gatherings at the base of the lift, we have established a time slot process. Thus, you must book in advance the time at which you wish to board our gondolas or chairs by purchasing your ticket online.

It is possible to buy your ticket on site, but some time slots may unfortunately be full. That’s why it’s best to do it online ahead of time.

With your ticket, you can go back down at the desired time, before 4:45 p.m.

This year, the lift ticket is only valid for 1 round trip (1 ascent and 1 descent). We want to limit round trips and allow better circulation of our customers for your safety.

A parking fee of $ 10 per car will be charged (in cash or by credit card).

If you purchased your lift ticket, parking will cost you $ 5.

If you wish to purchase your lift ticket on site afterwards, a discount of $ 5 will be offered to you at the ticket office on the price of your lift, by presenting your previously paid parking coupon.

Access to the Giroux Est parking lot will be free at all times.

Access to the mountain for hiking for example is free and you don't need to book a time slot to get there. The time slot reservation is only necessary for the hybrid lift. However, you will have to pay your parking fee as mentioned above.

To hike the mountain, we recommend sports shoes or walking boots, as well as comfortable sports clothes. You're guaranteed to burn off some energy, so make sure you breathe well in your clothes and have a bottle of water and maybe a snack.

It is forbidden to ride a mountain bike in Mont-Orford. You can go to the Sépaq to practice this sport.

Dogs are allowed with a leash on the Flambée des Couleurs site. However, they are prohibited in the lifts (chairs or gondolas), even if they fit in a backpack, and in the ski chalet (or any building).

It is forbidden to fly a personal drone in the mountains for safety reasons. On the other hand, take out your camera, our views are magnificent!
