Hybrid Lift

During the Flambée des couleurs only, there is a parking fee ($10 online and $15 on place) per car will be charged (cash or credit card). During other openings of the hybrid lift, there is no charge for parking.
 

The Giroux Est hillside parking is open and free at all time.

Validity

• Tickets are only valid on the day of purchase selected.
• Your bracelet or ticket is valid for 1 round trip only (1 ascent and 1 descent).
• A valid photo I.D. is required for each participant to receive their lift ticket.

Purchase

• Access to the hybrid lift is only sold on location, at the Mont-Orford ski station at customer service or online on our website.
• Taxes not included.
• Rates and conditions subject to change without notice.
• Places are limited.

Delivery

• You will receive your bracelet/ticket on location.
• Customer service is open every day from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Restriction

• Tickets cannot be duplicated or resold.

Refund/Loss/Theft

• If lost or stolen, bracelet/ticket cannot be replaced.
• No exchanges or refunds.
• No refunds in case of rain or thunderstorm.

Wheelchairs and strollers

• Wheelchairs and strollers are only allowed in the gondolas (not allowed on chairlifts).
• Maximum width for a wheelchair or stroller is 23 inches.

Backpacks and baby carriers

• Backpacks and baby carriers are not allowed on the chairlifts. You must use the gondolas.

Dogs and other animals

• Dogs and other animals are not allowed on the chairlifts or gondolas.

The lift ticket is only valid for 1 round trip (1 ascent and 1 descent). We want to limit round trips and thus allow a better circulation of our customers for your health and safety.

If you want to take the ascent for the descent only, you will still have to buy a return ticket.

Dogs are not allowed in the chairs and gondolas, even if they fit in a backpack, and prohibited in the ski chalet (or any other building). You can be accompanied by your dog on the mountain and the terrace on a leash only.

Wheelchairs and strollers are accessible in the gondola only (prohibited in chairs). The maximum width of the chair or stroller must be 23 inches.

It is forbidden to board chairs with a backpack or a baby carrier. You must ride the gondola.

When purchasing online, you will receive your tickets by email. You must scan the 2nd QR code, at the location indicated on the terminal.
If you buy your ticket at the customer service counter, scan the QR code on your receipt.

If you buy the Family access, you will receive by email only one QR code. This is valid for the 4 accesses of your family. Just scan it 4 times.

Parking and hiking are free. There is no need to purchase a ticket.
Parking will be paid only during the Grande Coulée and the Flambée des Couleurs, on weekends from September 13 to October 15.
