Valid for 1 day per week, according to the following schedule and restrictions: valid at all times from Monday to Thursday. From July 13 to August 23, 2026, play is only permitted before 8 a.m. or after 12 p.m.
 

7-Day Membership Validity

• 7-Day Any Time memberships are valid every day of the week with no date restrictions.
• 7-Day Most of the Time (18- and 9-hole golf courses) memberships are valid most of the time, except between July 13 and August 23, 2026, when access to the golf course is limited to only before 8 AM or after 12 PM.
• The Junior or 2 Juniors included in your membership applies to both children and grandchildren.
• Non-accompanied junior players can only access the golf course any time from Monday to Thursday, or after 1 PM on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

5-Day Membership Validity

• 5-Day Any Time memberships are valid Monday to Friday inclusively, with no date restrictions.
• 5-Day Most of the Time (18 holes) memberships are valid from Monday to Friday inclusively, except between July 13 and August 23, 2026, when access to the golf course is limited to only before 8 AM or after 12 PM.
   

Flex Membership Validity

• Flex memberships are valid 1 day a week according to the following restrictions: valid any time from Monday to Thursday. Access to the golf course between July 13 and August 23, 2026, is limited to only before 8 AM or after 12 PM.
• Rates and conditions subject to change without notice.

Purchase

• A valid photo I.D. is required for each participant at the time of purchase and to take a photo.
• Must be the appropriate age as of may 1, 2026.
• Only one season membership per person for the current season.
• Rates and conditions subject to change without notice.

Delivery

• You must pick up your season membership at the Golf Club shop.
   

The Corporation Ski & Golf Mont-Orford undertakes to pay the amount of the membership in accordance with the following regulations and subject to the exclusions, limitations and other stipulations indicated below.
 

Ratio of repayments:

A. If not used: 100% refund of fees, if no participation before the opening of the 2026 golf season and there was no participation between September 15, 2026 and the closing date of the 2026 golf course.

B. If used: Prorated transfer of the investment to the next season or prorated refund of the season if non-participation or conditions between May 15, 2026 and October 15, 2026 (150-day period)

Exclusions:

Are excluded from the garantee
 

• Injuries that the subscriber intentionally inflicted on themselves;
• Emotional disorders or pre-existing medical conditions;
• An illness or injury that does not prevent the subscriber from playing golf.

Conditions:

• Subscription insurance is available at the time of purchase of the subscription only;
• Subscription insurance is not insurance for the non-use of a season subscription;
• The non-participation must last at least 30 consecutive days and must occur entirely during the golf season;
• The Corporation Ski & Golf Mont-Orford must be notified in writing and the subscription card must be submitted to be entitled to the refund;
• The member must provide a certificate from the attending physician (cannot be a family member) or a transfer certificate from the employer more than 200 kilometres from the golf course;
• In the event of the death of the subscriber (with death certificate);
• The pro rata starts on the date the application is received.
• RESIDENCE CLAUSE: The holder of this pass agrees (1) to elect domicile in Québec, which shall be the forum of any claim and (2) that the laws of Québec shall apply thereto.
