Mountain training

Whether you are a beginner or advanced trainer, take part in our mountain training courses that will prepare you to get back on your skis or snowboard for the winter season! Each workout begins with a warm-up and ends with a cool-down (mobility, flexibility, breathing).

Created in collaboration with Catherine Gagné, Kinesiologist B. Sc., Osteopath, D.O and Level 3 Ski Instructor at Mont-Orford Snow School!

  • Register online, places are limited
  • Duration of 2 hours divided into 2 blocks: 1 hour of cardiovascular training in the mountains and 1 hour of bodybuilding or agility
