Les Chèvres de Montagne, Mont-Orford and Team OFR are joining forces to create a most festive day of women's skiing.

• Possibility of an alpine hike to start the day with a small team of Les Chèvres
• Freestyle discovery workshops – super friendly! It's a little intimidating to try to jump or to go to the snowpark with a queue of skiers watching each other jump…Team OFR (Orford Freeriders), whose mission is to supervise the progression of freestyle at skiers and snowboarders, will allow us to learn about these disciplines in a fun way.

Ascent in touring with the Goats – 8h

For those who want to have a little warm and start the day a little earlier, we meet at 8am for an ascent of the mountain. Opportunity to try climbing equipment!

Freeride discovery workshop – AM – TEAM OFR

Discovery of freeride with varied coaching throughout the mountain, emphasizing control, style, and maybe even jumps, both in the undergrowth and on the track. The Freeride workshop will focus mainly on learning and discovering techniques in the mountains for descents with a little more style.

Slopestyle discovery workshop – PM – TEAM OFR

Discovery of slopestyle with coaching mainly in the snow park emphasizing jumps, ramps, control and style. The Slopestyle workshop will focus mainly on learning techniques and maneuvers on jumps and ramps.

Prerequisites:

• You must be able to ski intermediate terrain in resort
• Friendly climb in touring, at least 5 outings to his credit, ease with your equipment – ​​this is not an introduction to the use of equipment.
