Validity
- Multi-Visit cards are valid at any time during the 2021-2022 ski season. No blackout dates.
- Multi-Visit cards provide access to the entire open ski area.
- One Multi-Visit card per person, per season.
- Not transferable.
- Quantities are limited and the product may no longer be available without notice.
Purchase
- You must be the appropriate age by December 1, 2021. A valid I.D. for each participant is required to pick up their daily ticket in person the day of the visit.
- Multi-Visit cards can be purchased at any time online, by phone, or in person at the ticket counter or customer service counter.
- Additional tickets with 15% off must be purchased at the ticket counter the day of your visit. Present your Multi-Visit card to receive discounts. Only available for the Multi-Visit cardholder. Discounts only applicable on a daily “Unlimited” ticket at full price.
- Taxes not included.

Delivery
- Multi-Visit card purchased online must be picked up at the ticket counter or customer service counter (a valid photo I.D. is required).
- For each visit, the cardholder will have to present their Multi-Visit card at the ticket counter to pick up their daily ticket.

Restrictions
- Multi-Visit cards cannot be borrowed, resold or duplicated.
Refund/loss/theft
- If your Multi-Visit card is lost or stolen, please contact customer services by calling 819 843-6548, ext. 8308.
- No exchanges or refunds.
- If lost or stolen, daily ticket cannot be replaced.
- Expired and unused visit? The residual value associated with the unused visit can be credited upon the purchase of an “Unlimited” daily ticket at the regular price or a season pass.
Sanitary measures
The vaccination passport (for 13 years and older), accompanied by official proof of identity, is now mandatory to access Mont-Orford. Tourists who do not reside in Quebec must present proof of identity with photo and address outside Quebec, as well as official proof of vaccination provided by their country or Canadian province.
If you purchased your membership before November 1, 2021 and you are not vaccinated, you can take advantage of the guaranteed season program that shifts your subscription to the 2022-2023 season or request a refund.
A false statement will result in the loss of your access for the season.
