Masterclass

Validity

• 3 classes which include 4 lessons respectively. Class 1: January 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th 2027 / Class 2: January 31st, February 7th, 14th and 21th 2027 / Class 3: February 20th, 27th and March 6th, 13th 2027;
• The skier who wishes to deepen his training can register for several classes;
• The skier must be at least 18 years old on the date of the start of the class.

Purchase and reservation

• Must be purchased a maximum of one week before the start of classes.
• The purchase must be made by phone at 819 843-6548, p. 8356, in person at the Snow School counter or online.
• A valid credit card is required at time of purchase, and full payment will be taken to secure purchase.
• The skier who wishes to rent equipment with Le Pied Sportif must accept/sign our payment policy for rental skis in the event of breakage. The form link will be emailed with the invoice.
• Furthermore taxes.
• Subject to availability.
• Rates and conditions are subject to change without notice.

Delivery

• The Snow School counter is open every day of the ski season, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Restrictions

• Must be combined with a valid access for the lifts and ensure the validity of the ticket one day in advance
• Subscription or daily ticket sold separately.
• The product cannot be transferred from one person to another.

Refund/Credit

• Group programs can be refunded in full up to 24 hours before the date of the first lesson. Management fees of 10%, up to a maximum of $50 per transaction, will apply.
• During the season, in the event of injury and upon presentation of a medical ticket, classes will be refunded on a pro rata basis for the lessons not used. A management fee of 10%, up to a maximum of $50 per transaction, will apply

Lessons starting point

• Meet at the private lesson starting point (near the rental exit).

Absence or lateness

• In case of absence, missed lessons cannot be taken up.
• No request to change the time slot, for one or more lessons, will be accepted.
• In case of delay, refer to a supervisor of the Snow School, at the base of Mont Giroux, or at the School counter.

Lesson cancellation in case of force majeure

• The Snow School reserves the right to cancel a day of lessons if it deems the conditions unsuitable for the practice of snow sports.
• In case of cancellation, a press release will be sent by email before 6:30 a.m. on the morning of the course.
• In the event of cancellation, the day will be resumed following the last day of classes scheduled in the calendar.

Access to the lift

• The daily ticket or the season pass is required and must be worn on the clothes to access the ski lifts.
• The RFID card containing the daily ticket or subscription must be in the pocket on the left side of the coat in order to access the ski lifts;
• Season pass holders, please collect your season pass from Customer Service before the start of the lesson to avoid delays.

• Student development is monitored through the CSIA Skier
• Development program developed by the Canadian Ski Instructors Alliance.
• Multiple teaching methods are used, including teaching through games and modeling.
• Training and practice with quality racing equipment.
