Season pass uphill skiing

For all alpine ski season pass holders, you have the option of adding a discounted uphill skiing season pass. This uphill touring pass associated with your alpine ski pass will always be available, this is one of your advantages!

• A week alpine pass (5 days) gives you access to 50% of a week uphill skiing pass. If you want an Unlimited season pass, as this is not part of your Weekly subscriber benefits, it may no longer be available (when the product runs out, it will be for you too).

• An Unlimited or Giroux alpine pass gives you access to 50% of an Unlimited, Weekly or Evening uphill skiing pass.

Validity

• The UNLIMITED uphill skiing season pass is valid 7 days from 7 and from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., without restriction.
• The WEEK uphill skiing season pass is valid Monday to Friday, 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.
• The EVENING uphill skiing season pass is valid 7 days from the 7th, from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m.
• To access the uphill skiing trails located on Sépaq territory, you must obtain your annual Sépaq card or pay the access fee.
• Quantities are limited and the product may no longer be available without notice.
• Price and conditions may change without notice.

Purchase

• Age on December 1, 2023. An identity card will be required for each holder when picking up their alpine hiking pass.
• Furthermore taxes.
• Rates and conditions subject to change without notice.

Restrictions

• Uphill Skiing passes cannot be resold or duplicated

Refund/loss/theft

• In the event of loss or theft, the subscriber must immediately notify the station. A payment of $5 will be requested for any forgotten or lost card. Non refundable.
• No refund can be demanded if the resort has to close for part or all of the winter season, in the event, for example, where the snowfall is not abundant enough or if there is an inability to the Corporation to operate the station for one major reason. The number of hours of operation of the artificial snowmaking system will be determined exclusively by the Corporation. The Corporation does not commit to opening the ski resort after April 1, 2024, even if snow conditions permit.
• Non-exchangeable, non-refundable, unless you have taken advantage of cancellation protection.

Sanitary measures

• The sanitary measures decreed by Public Health must be respected at all times. Depending on the evolution of the epidemiological situation, these measures may change during the season. All season subscribers and ski ticket holders undertake to respect the measures in force at the time of their visit to the resort. These measurements are indicated on the station's website. A false declaration will result in the loss of your right of access for the season.

You can obtain season pass protection ($) online or on site, at customer service, only when purchasing your season pass. Season pass protection covers illness, injury, death or any event that physically prevents you from skiing during the current season. Any request must be made in writing. The Mont-Orford Ski & Golf Corporation will issue refunds for:

Refund ratio

If there is non-participation of the season subscriber before the opening of the season and there was non-participation between March 5 and April 30, 2023 (end of current season offered as a bonus if applies):

• Discount of 100% of fees in resort credit.

If the season pass is used before the incident:

• Transfer of part of the investment to the next season in resort credit in proportion to the season if the conditions below are met before March 1, 2024.

Exclusions

Exceptions that are not covered by cancelation protection:

• Injury that the season pass holders has intentionally inflicted on himself;
• Emotional disturbances or a pre-existing medical condition;
• Illness, injury, separation or divorce that does not prevent the season pass holders from skiing.

Conditions

• Season pass protection is available at the time of season pass purchase only;
• Any request must be made in writing (letter or email);
• The non-participation or the condition must last at least 30 consecutive days and be entirely sustained during the ski season;
• You must notify the Corporation and the subscription card will be automatically deactivated to then be entitled to a refund;
• The season pass holder must provide a certificate from the attending physician (the latter cannot be a family member) or a transfer certificate from the employer more than 200 kilometers from the ski resort;
• If a parent (father or mother), a spouse (legitimate or de facto) or a child aged 17 and under of a person entitled to reimbursement is also covered and decides to no longer use his season pass, he may also benefit of the regulations indicated above. This option is only valid for one additional person. The Corporation Ski & Golf Mont-Orford undertakes to pay in resort credit, the amount of the subscription according to the regulations mentioned above and subject to exclusions, limitations and other stipulations;
• In the event of the death of the season pass holder (with death certificate);
• The pro rata begins on the date of receipt of the request.
