Consecutive lessons

Validity

• This program is used only for the date and time that will be heard.
• The child must be at least 3 years old on the date of the first lesson.

Purchase and reservation

• Must be purchased at least 24 hours before the start of the lesson and no reservation will be made more than 7 days in advance.
• The purchase must be made by phone at 819 843-6548, p. 8356, or in person at the Snow School counter. No online purchase.
• A valid credit card is required at the time of purchase and full payment will be taken to secure the purchase.
• The parent will have to sign the Risk Acknowledgment Form as well as the COVID-19 form. The form link will be emailed with the invoice.
• Taxes not included.
• Subject to availability.

Delivery

• Meet at the private lessons meeting point, located at the exit of the rental shop, on the new large terrace.
• Return of the course to the same meeting point
• The Snow School counter is open every day of the ski season, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Restrictions

• A valid season pass, a multi-visit card or daily ticket (if available) is required. Equipment rental sold separately.
• The product cannot be transferred from one person to another.

Refund / credit

• Lessons are only valid for the current season.
• No refund or credit is possible for this type of product.

Cancellation / Postponement of lessons

• The client is responsible for advising the Snow School no later than 7:00 a.m. on the morning of his lesson to make a change. Outside opening hours, a voice message or an email can be sent to inform the Snow School. In a shorter period, the request to postpone the lesson will be refused and the lesson will be lost. In case of absence, the lesson will be lost. No course can be resumed within a period of less than 48 hours.

Daily ticket

• A daily ticket or a valid season pass is required for all participants during the lesson and is not included in the course price.
• The season pass or the daily ticket must be worn on the suit to access the ski lifts.
• We suggest that you get your season tickets before the first class to avoid waiting times.
