Van & RV Access Terms

Validity

• The Van & RV access pass is valid only for the date(s) selected at the time of purchase.
• Limited quantities available. The product may become unavailable at any time without notice.

Purchase

• The Van & RV access pass can be purchased online at any time.
• Taxes not included.
• Rates are subject to change without notice.

Delivery

• You will receive your access gate QR code by email.
• Customer service is open daily during the summer season, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Restrictions

• The Van & RV access pass may not be resold or reproduced.
• The Van & RV access pass cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
• No exchanges or refunds will be accepted.

To ensure a pleasant and safe experience for everyone, we ask that you respect the following rules during your stay.

Access and parking

• Access fees must be paid prior to arrival.
• Reservations are online only.
• A maximum of one vehicle is allowed per site.
• Vehicles must be parked only in designated areas.
• Vehicles must be properly positioned within the assigned space.
• The Van & RV Stopover is reserved for authorized self-contained vehicles only.

Curfew and quiet hours

• A curfew is in effect starting at 11:00 p.m.
• Please respect the calm and quiet of the site at all times.
• Outdoor music is prohibited.
• Any noise disturbance or disruptive behavior is not permitted.

Prohibited installations

The following are not allowed on site:

• Fires
• Generators
• Tents
• Rooftop tents
• Outdoor cooking setups
• Awnings deployed during curfew hours
• Outdoor chairs left outside during curfew hours

Alcohol, drugs, and commercial activity

• Consumption of alcoholic beverages outside the vehicle is prohibited.
• Drug use is prohibited.
• Commercial activities are not permitted on site.

Site cleanliness

• Please leave your site as clean as, or cleaner than, when you arrived.
• No waste should be left on site.
• Garbage must be disposed of in designated bins.

Dogs

• Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times.
• Owners must pick up after their pets.

Non-compliance

Failure to comply with these rules may result in expulsion from the site without refund. The vehicle may be towed at the traveler’s expense.

30 spots are available in parking lot P3, exclusively reserved for Van & RVs. This site is accessible by online reservation only and is intended for self-contained vehicles such as vanlife vehicles 25 feet and under, equipped with a toilet.

Once your reservation is completed, you will receive a QR code by email. This code will be required to access the site and to open the gate both upon entry and exit.

Check-in between 1:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. maximum.

* If you experience any issues with the access gate, a support number is available between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Curfew

To respect your neighbours’ sleep, we kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum starting at 11:00 p.m.

Mont-Orford site access only

The Van & RV stopover provides access to Mont-Orford parking lot P3, located at 4380 Chemin du Parc, Orford. This should not be confused with the Sépaq campground sites located at 3321 Chemin du Parc, Orford.

• A picnic table is provided for travelers at each site
• Guests have access to the ski resort chalet facilities during opening hours (9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.)
• The café-buvette Le Virage, located at the base of the slopes, is open until 6:00 p.m.
• A dry toilet is available at all times in parking lot P1, between the main chalet and the Ski Vélo shop, in case of emergency
• No dump station is available on site
• Drinking water is available inside the chalet during opening hours
• Wi-Fi is available inside the chalet during opening hours

1. Follow the “Leave No Trace” principle

Leave each place cleaner than when you arrived, even if it means picking up litter left by others.

2. Respect private property

Never occupy private property without the owner’s permission.

3. Respect posted rules

Observe and follow all rules in public spaces.

4. Stay in designated areas 

Keep your vehicle on roads, trails, and designated spaces only.

5. Protect nature 

Leave no trace of your passage and respect local wildlife and plant life.

6. Support local communities

Encourage welcoming municipalities and businesses by buying local.

7. Be discreet and respectful

Avoid disruptive behaviour such as loud music, noisy gatherings, or disrespect toward other users.

8. Properly manage wastewater 

Dispose of wastewater only in designated facilities.

9. Park safely and courteously

Use only one space, avoid blocking access, and ensure your setup remains discreet and safe for everyone.
