You can purchase the Season Pass Insurance ($) online or at the customer service.
Season Pass insurance covers illness, injury, death or any event that physically prevents you from skiing during the current season.
Refund ratios:
If the season pass is not printed and if there is non-participation before the opening of the season and there was non-participation between March 1rst and April 30th, 2021 (end of the current season offered as a bonus if applicable):
- 100% discount on resort credit fees.
If the pre-incident season pass is used:
- Transfer of part of the investment to the next season in resort credit in proportion to the season if the conditions below are met before March 1, 2022.
Exclusions
Exceptions that are not covered by cancelation protection:
- Any injuries inflicted intentionally;
- Emotional disturbances or pre-existing medical conditions;
- An injury or medical condition that doesn’t prevent the pass holder from skiing.
Conditions
- Subscription insurance is available at the time of subscription purchase only; All requests must be served in writing;
- The non-participation or the condition must last at least 30 consecutive days and be entirely incurred during the ski season;
- You must notify the Corporation and give the subscription card to be entitled to the reimbursement;
- The member must provide a certificate from the attending physician (the latter cannot be a family member) or a transfer certificate from the employer more than 200 kilometers from the ski resort;
- If a parent (father or mother), spouse (legal or de facto) or child 17 and under of a person entitled to a reimbursement is also covered and decides to no longer use his subscription, he can also benefit of the regulations indicated above. This option is only valid for one additional person. The Ski & Golf Mont-Orford Corporation agrees to pay the subscription amount in accordance with the above-mentioned regulations and subject to the exclusions, limitations and other stipulations;
- In the event of the subscriber's death (with death certificate);
- The pro rata begins on the date of receipt of the request.
