Ski season pass
From modernized snowmaking capabilities to brand new facilities, and an expanded 4-season offering, virtually every aspect of our operations has been re-imagined to offer visitors an unforgettable outdoor experience—winter, spring, summer and fall.

Visitors will also enjoy the Centre’s atrium-like construction and its large windows that face the mountains. They infuse the space with the outdoors to create a unique setting to host private and public events for up to 500 people—any time of year.
These runs tend to be very popular among beginner and intermediate skiers. With our improved snowmaking capabilities, we’ll be able to offer a much larger ski terrain, much earlier in the season.
We’ve also upgraded our lifts, and acquired a new groomer specifically designed for snow parks. It’s more efficient and consumes less energy, and that’s right in line with our “green” objectives.
The domed magic carpets run up the centre of the learning hill, dividing the area into two distinct zones for different skill levels—a classic beginner hill with an open, consistent slope on one side, and varied topography with a series of banks and mounds to facilitate learning on the other.
By combining both Beginner Zones at the base of Giroux Nord, we’ve also opened up the terrain at the base of Mont-Orford so riders can have easier access to the hybrid lift that services that mountain.
Mont-Orford is located in a national park managed by Sépaq. It’s surrounded by a protected area of pristine lakes and mountains that offers visitors a unique natural setting that we are committed to preserve. Every action we take is done with the environment in mind, and we are working closely with Groupe ADDERE to ensure that our ski station, and every aspect of our operations as 4-season resort will be developed and maintained in a sustainable manner.
Sustainability has been the cornerstone of our revitalization project from the start, and we would like to acknowledge the contributions made by many organizations that stepped forward to support our efforts—THANK YOU!
While we appreciate that certain areas could use a refresh, please know that the government subsidies we received were based on new construction or infrastructure. What’s more, the new construction is an integral part of our overall goal to re-imagine Mont-Orford as a major 4-season destination in the province of Québec. This new positioning will expand our revenue base, generate the income necessary to continually improve, and secure the resort’s sustainability over the long term.
Once this initial phase is complete, we will be expanding the existing facilities, and that will include a refresh of the interior spaces.
In the meantime, outdoor enthusiasts will be pleased to know that the new building includes men’s and women’s showers with locker rooms!
This particular chairlift has been upgraded and inspected from top to bottom (like all the lifts on our mountains). We do intend to install a new lift eventually, but our priority is to expand our snowmaking capabilities and improve the ski conditions for our skiers and boarders. Once this has been achieved, we will definitely be taking another look at the lift.
As an environmentally conscious organization, we are acutely aware of growing concerns surrounding light pollution. Another consideration is the significant energy and cost that would be required to build the necessary infrastructure. As such, we do not foresee bringing night skiing to Mont-Orford in the near future.
Dogs are not permitted on the mountain at any time during the ski season. This includes the entire domain, all uphill trails, access corridors, and buildings. While we appreciate people’s desire to enjoy the outdoors with their pets, our primary concern must be the safety of our skiers.
