It all depends on your pass. It must be valid at the time of the event and will be verified using your RFID card. Be sure to bring a valid ID.

• Evening alpine hiking pass (from 3 p.m. only)

Invalid passes : 

• Weekly pass
• Flex pass
• Weekly alpine hiking pass

• Ma Neige ticket
• L’Est GO ticket
• Multi-Visit Card valid on March 28. One ticket will be deducted from your card.
• Ski dans l’Est card
• Courtesy ticket

Invalid ski ticket : 

• Unlimited day ticket at 40% off for guests of Unlimited pass holders
• Unlimited day ticket at 50% off for Giroux pass holders
• 25% discount on day tickets for Weekly pass holders
• 15% discount on day tickets for Multi-Visit card holders
• Instructor ticket
• Occasional instructor ticket
• Inter-School ticket

So no, if you have a valid pass or ticket, you don't need to buy a ticket.

If you already have your ticket for the event and decide to go skiing after all, you can use the promotional code sent to you by email to purchase your day ski pass.

No tickets will be sold at the door.

Tickets and passes are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Consumption of outside food or beverages is not permitted on site. Cannabis use is illegal anywhere on site and in parking lots.

Several beverage outlets will be open on our terrace in addition to food trucks. You'll find plenty to eat and drink!

Yes, we offer a shuttle service for the event:

• Between noon and 9 p.m., shuttles will run back and forth between Magog and the mountain.
• Magog: The shuttle will arrive and depart near the four clocks close to Pointe Merry Park. A Mont-Orford flag will be displayed on site.
• The shuttle is FREE, so it's definitely worth it!
• We have also increased the number of shuttles leaving Mont-Orford at the end of the day so that everyone can leave safely.

If you drink, don't drive! We strongly advise you to have a designated driver or take the shuttle bus, as police roadblocks will be waiting for festival-goers at the exit.

So yes, you can leave your car on site overnight.

All festival-goers and bags will be subject to a search upon entering the site.

• Animals, except for properly identified and accredited service dogs.
• Bladed weapons, blunt objects, or anything that could be used as a weapon (including chains, even wallet chains and spikes)
• No backpacks, cooler bags, sports bags, camping bags, or framed bags of any size will be allowed on site. All other bags larger than 35 cm x 35 cm x 15.25 cm will also be refused.
• Beverages, alcoholic beverages, food, and water bottles
• Portable and folding chairs of any kind
• Fluorescent safety vests or clothing
• Drugs and related accessories (except prescription medications in their original containers)
• Video or audio recording equipment of any kind (drones, camera stands, microphones, tripods, or similar items)
• Fireworks, confetti, sparklers, or firecrackers
• Musical instruments (megaphones, loudspeakers, whistles)
• Wearing war bonnets or First Nations headdresses
• Equipment, containers, or objects activated by compressed air or pressurized propellants.
• Any other object deemed dangerous or harmful, at the discretion of the organization.

Anyone in possession of a prohibited item will be denied access unless they voluntarily dispose of the item in the containers provided for this purpose.

The event will take place rain or shine. No refunds will be given. Please dress appropriately.
