Mountain training

Whether you are a beginner or an advanced skier, take part in our mountain training classes that will prepare you perfectly to get back on your skis or snowboard for the winter season! Each training session begins with a warm-up and ends with a cool-down (mobility, flexibility, breathing).

  • Sundays from September 21st to November 9th
  • 8 mountain training courses
  • Register online, places are limited
  • Duration of 2 hours divided into 2 blocks: 1 hour of cardiovascular training in the mountains and 1 hour of bodybuilding or agility
