The first fall edition of the Mont-Orford 3 Summits Cup will take place on Saturday, October 24, 2026 at Mont-Orford. More than 500 participants will have the chance to live a unique mountain running experience!
Can I register on site on race day?
Yes, it is possible de register on the day of the event. The price will be higher if you register the day of the event.
Are electronic chip transfers to new owners allowed and are there any fees?
Yes, chip transfers are allowed. Charges may apply.

Are registrations refundable?
We do not issue refunds. However, it is possible to transfer your registration to the winter edition. To do this, volunteer during this fall edition!

Is it possible to change a race category after registration?
It is possible to change race category downwards (for example, to go from the 3 Summits Cup to the Giroux Cup). There are no refunds. Category changes will only be made on the day of the event, up to 1 hour before departure.
Can I register for the MINI CUP (800m) even if I am not running with a child?
Yes, it is possible for people of all ages (3 years and over) to register for the MINI CUP. You will also be entitled to a participation medal and a meal.
Can I run with my child in the MINI CUP (800m) without registering?
Adults who only want to accompany their children can run for free. They will not receive a participation medal or a meal.

When and where can I pick up my participant kit?
You can pick up your kit at the customer service counter located in the reception area of the main chalet on the day of the event.
What documents do I need to bring when picking up my participant kit?
It is essential to bring proof of registration AND an identity document.
Can I pick up another participant's kit?
Yes, you can pick up the kit from a colleague, friend or family member. However, it is mandatory to have on hand the proof of registration of the latter AND their identity document.
I can no longer find my proof of registration, who should I contact?
Simply show up on the day of the event with your ID and head to the customer service counter for your starter kit.
What happens if it rains or snows?
Our races take place rain, snow or shine, except in cases of force majeure that could endanger the safety of our participants. The organization reserves the right to modify the course without notice for safety reasons.
When do I need to arrive before my departure?
Once you have picked up your kit (minimum 1 hour before your departure), we recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before your starting line. The race official will give you the instructions to follow 10 minutes before each start.
Are your groceries easily accessible by public transport? Is there parking nearby?
Our races all take place at the Mont-Orford ski resort, so it is easy to get there by car. Parking is free for everyone. Parking spaces are available in our 6 parking lots (P1, P2, P3, P4, P5, P6) located at the foot of the ski center. We strongly recommend that you use carpooling to avoid traffic and all the inconvenience.
Note that the P6 parking lot is within 10 minutes walking distance will allow you to access the site and the starting area already warmed up!
There is currently no shuttle or public transport.
Is there a minimum time required per kilometer?
For safety reasons, the MINI CUP (800m) must be completed in less than an hour. For the 3 Summits Cup (11km) and Giroux Cup (3km), there is no minimum time to complete the race however there is a time limit of 1h30 at the mid-course of the 3 Summits course (11km).
Can we run with a stroller?
No.
Is walking allowed in your races?
Walking is allowed for the Giroux Cup (5 km) only.
Are people with reduced mobility or intellectual disabilities allowed in your races?
Yes, they are allowed in our races. If the participant's disability requires the presence of an accompanying person, the latter can run for free without a chip and will be offered a lunch. Wheelchairs will however not be allowed.
Do you have “rabbits'' for your races?
No.
Can I run with someone who regulates my rhythm?
No, participants who receive assistance to regulate their running rhythm will be disqualified.
Are dogs allowed on the course during your races?
We accept Mira dogs only.
Is there a place where I can leave my personal effects during my race?
It will be possible to leave your bag in the ski lockers in the chalet. These lockers are neither locked nor monitored. We are not responsible in the event of loss or theft.
Do you have a childcare service on site?
No.
Is it possible to buy a sweater on site?
No, but you will find several Mont-Orford souvenirs at the customer service counter.
Is it possible to buy an additional meal?
Yes, at an additional cost. Come to the customer service counter to pay the fees.
Where can I see my race result?
It will be possible to consult the results in real time on the following website: www.sportstats.ca.
Are there podium prizes by age group?
There are podium prizes for the first 3 participants in the Giroux Cup (5km) and the 3 Summits Cup (12km) in the men's and women's categories. Prizes must be claimed on site, as no mailings will be made. However, for your pleasure, detailed results will be presented by 10 year age groups.
I have a timing problem on my race, what should I do?
The official timing company is sportstats. All you have to do is send an email to sportstats, taking care to indicate your last name, first name, distance covered, name of the race and your approximate time.
