The 5th fall edition of the Mont-Orford 3 Summits Cup will take place on Saturday, October 24, 2026 at Mont-Orford. More than 500 participants will have the chance to live a unique mountain running experience!
All courses will be marked in the mountain. You will find mobile toilets at the top of Orford and at the intersection between the 4km and the Familiale trail.

This 5 KM route crosses Mont Giroux and offers runners and walkers one of the most beautiful mountain running routes! Sometimes in the forest, sometimes on open tracks, you will be entitled to magnificent views and a perfect drop for a first experience of running (or walking) in the mountains.

Here is a route that will satisfy the most adventurous who wish to climb the 3 summits! You will be dazzled by the first kilometers on Mont Giroux. Indeed, hardly started that you will reach your first summit with a magnificent view!
Then let yourself descend towards Alfred-Desrochers where you will be accompanied by its tall trees to the top! Take a deep breath, head for the summit of Orford! This section of the course will take you over 850 meters above sea level through open tracks and trails. Wait for the summit to turn around, the view is worth it!

This all-new course is for trail runners looking for a challenge. It will take you over the 3 summits of Mont-Orford while crossing certain trails in Mont-Orford national park. A trail with breathtaking panoramas along the way.

Go to the Mont-Orford customer service counter with proof of registration and proof of identity no later than 1 hour before your departure.
Parking is free for everyone. Parking spaces are available in our 6 parking lots (P1, P2, P3, P4, P5, P6) located at the foot of the ski center. We strongly recommend that you use carpooling to avoid traffic and all the inconvenience.
Note that the P6 parking lot is within walking distance of about 10 minutes which will allow you to access the site and the starting area, perfect for warming up!
Prizes will be awarded to the first three participants (M/F) for the 3 courses. The prizes will be awarded on the terrace or in the great room of the new chalet depending on the weather.

Two refreshment stations will be available on the 21km course.
The 12km course will have one refreshment station located between the 5th and 6th km, near the Rapido.
Water, electrolyte drinks, will be available.
A meal is offered to all participants. Menu details to come. A vegetarian option will also be offered.
In order to have access to your meal: You will have to hand over your electronic chip once your race is completed. You will be given a coupon that will allow you to acquire your meal.
It will be possible to purchase an additional meal on the day of the event.
Beverages: Our COORS LIGHT container located on the terrace will serve hot and cold beverages throughout the day, as well as alcoholic drinks.
A supporter is defined as anyone who provides material, medical or food support to a participant.
