Validity

• 8 consecutive weeks and runs from January 9-10 to February 27-28th, 2027.
• Children must be at least 6 years on January 1st 2027.
  
   

Purchase and reservations

• Must be purchased at least two weeks before the start of the program.
• Purchases must be made in person at the Snow School counter, by calling 819 843-6548, ext. 8356 or online.
• Purchases must be made by telephone or in person at the Snow School counter. No online purchases available. To make a reservation, please call 819 843-6548, ext. 8356.
• A valid credit card is required to make a purchase. In order to secure your reservation, the full amount will be charged at the time of purchase. (Full payment is required to secure a reservation.)
• Parents will be required to sign a Risk Recognition and Acceptance form. The link of the form will be sent by email along with the invoice (receipt).
• Taxes not included.

Delivery

• Go to the departure point (by the bell, at the base of Mont Giroux) at the time listed for the start of the program.
• The Snow School counter is open every day during the ski season from 8 AM to 4 PM.
  
   

Restrictions
 

• Subscription, daily tickets, and equipment rentals sold separately.
• Purchases cannot be transferred from one person to another.
  
   

Refunds/credit

• Group programs can be refunded in full until 24 hours before the start of the first lesson. Management fees of 10%, up to $50 per transaction, may apply.
• In the case of an injury during the season, group programs will be refunded for all unused lessons. Management fees of 10%, up to $50 per transaction, may apply.

Schedule and departure times

• The 8-week group programs is from January 9-10 to Fabruary 27-28th, 2027. The program weeks are consecutive.
• Your child must be on the trails and ready to go at the departure time indicated in the program. Please arrive before the departure time.
  
   

Departure point and lessons

• For the children group lessons, the departure point will be by the bell, at the base of Mont Giroux, next to the learning zone.
  
   

Late or absent

• Any lessons missed cannot be repeated.
• Requests to change the time of one or more lessons will NOT be accepted.
• If you arrive late, please refer to a Snow School supervisor at the base of Mont Giroux or at a Snow School counter.
  
   

Lesson cancelation due to external circumstances

• The Snow School reserves the right to cancel any lesson if it deems the conditions to be unsuitable for snow sports.
• In case of cancellation, a press release will be sent by email before 6:30 am on the morning of the course and on the conditions page on our website.
• In the event of a cancelation, lost lessons will be rescheduled following the last day of the scheduled course. 
  
   

Lift access

• Daily tickets or season passes are required and must be worn somewhere visible on the outside of the ski jacket to access the lifts.
• To avoid arriving late, season pass holders must retrieve their passes at Client Services before the start of a lesson.
