Coupe des 3 sommets - Fall edition

The fourth fall edition of the Mont-Orford 3 Summits Cup will take place on Saturday, October 18, 2025 at Mont-Orford. More than 500 participants will have the chance to live a unique mountain running experience!

This 2025 fall edition is presented by La Presse.

With its slight elevation, the Mini Cup (800 m) offers a unique and festive experience for novice athletes and children, while the Giroux Cup (5 km) offers a great introduction to trail running with one of the most beautiful mountain running courses, the 3 Summits Cup (12 km and 21 km) will satisfy the most adventurous who wish to climb the 3 peaks!

In order to help with the preparation and ensure the smooth running of our events, we are looking for dynamic volunteers. All volunteers are supervised by a team leader, no experience is required. Welcome to groups and organizations!
