All courses will be marked in the mountain. You will find mobile toilets at the top of Orford and at the intersection between the 4km and the Familiale trail.

The Mini Cup offers a unique and festive experience for families who want to take part in a mountain race! It's a great challenge accessible to young children whose parents can accompany them.

This 5 KM course crosses Mont Giroux and offers participants and walkers one of the most beautiful mountain race courses around! The course alternates between lush forest and open trails, with a spectacular view at the top for a perfect first mountain race experience.

• Only one start for running and walking

Here's a route that's sure to satisfy the most adventurous of you who want to climb all 3 summits! You'll be blown away by the first few kilometers on Mont Giroux. In fact, as soon as you start, you'll reach your first summit with a magnificent view!

Then head down to Alfred-Desrochers, where you'll be accompanied by the tall trees all the way to the summit! Take a deep breath and head for the summit of Orford! This section of the trail takes you up to over 850 metres in altitude, over open trails and paths. Wait until the summit to turn around - the view is worth it!

This all-new course is for runners that are looking for a serious challenge. It will take you over the 3 summits of Mont-Orford while crossing certain trails in Mont-Orford national park. A demanding route, but with breathtaking panoramas along the way.
